Saint-Care Holding Corporation reported consolidated financial results for the nine months ended December 31, 2017. For the period, the company reported net sales of JPY 29,724 million against JPY 27,886 million a year ago. Operating profit was JPY 1,604 million against JPY 1,585 million a year ago. Ordinary profit was JPY 1,477 million against JPY 1,479 million a year ago. Profit attributable to owners of parent was JPY 1,003 million against JPY 863 million a year ago. Diluted earnings per share was JPY 39.99 against JPY 38.28 a year ago. Profit before income taxes was JPY 1,500.410 million against JPY 1,463.092 million a year ago.
For the year ending March 31, 2018, the company expects year-end dividend of JPY 12.67 per share.
For the year ending March 31, 2018, the company expects consolidated net sales of JPY 39,811 million, operating profit of JPY 2,279 million, ordinary profit of JPY 2,109 million and profit attributable to owners of parent of JPY 1,231 million or JPY 49.64 per share.

The Nursing-care Service segment provides visiting care service, home-visit bathing service, in-home long-term care management, home visit nursing, sales and rental of social welfare equipment, daily-life group care for the elderly with dementia, day care, short-stay daily-life care service, small-scale and multifunction type in-home care, regular visiting & as-needed handling type visiting care and home visit nursing, small-scale and multifunction type in-home care with home visit nursing, daily-life care service in specified facilities and home renovation service.
