Florence, 8th October 2021 - Salvatore Ferragamo S.p.A. (MTA: SFER) communicates, in compliance with article 2.6.2 of the Rules of Markets organized and managed by Borsa Italiana S.p.A., that the Board of Directors' meeting for the approval of Half Year Financial Statements as of June 30, 2022 will be held on September 6, 2022.
