Invesco Hong Kong Limited and three related parties acquired 5.4% stake in Samchuly Bicycle Co., Ltd (KOSDAQ:A024950) on May 20, 2014. Under the terms of agreement, Invesco Hong Kong Limited and three related parties acquired 0.68 million shares of Samchuly Bicycle Co., Ltd.
