Samhwa Networks Co. Ltd. (KOSDAQ:A046390) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase KRW 1,500 million worth of shares under the contract with NH Investment & Securities Co., Ltd. The purpose of the repurchase program is to stabilize share prices and to improve shareholder value. The repurchase program will end on March 27, 2018. As of September 25, 2017, the company had 1,736,477 shares within scope available for dividend and had no treasury stock through other buyback.

The Company operates its business in three segments: drama production segment, broadcasting segment and record production segment.
