An unknown buyer acquired 16.990408% stake in Samyang Foods Co., Ltd. (KOSE:A003230) from HDC HOLDINGS CO.,Ltd (KOSE:A012630) for KRW 94.7 billion on September 23, 2019. The transaction includes acquisition of 1.279 million shares. The standard price decided per share was KRW 74,000. Post the acquisition, HDC Holdings will not have any stake left in Samyang.
