Sandy Spring Bancorp, Inc., the parent company of Sandy Spring Bank, announced that the board of directors declared a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.34 per share payable on August 16, 2023 to shareholders of record on August 9, 2023. This dividend is consistent with the previous linked quarter and the third quarter of 2022.
Sandy Spring Bancorp, Inc. is the bank holding company for Sandy Spring Bank (the Bank).
