Sanofi India Limited Announces Resignation of Annapurna Das as Non-Executive Director and Member of the Audit Committee, Effective 31 July 2023

Sanofi India Limited announced that Ms. Annapurna Das, Non-Executive Director has vide her letter dated 19 July 2023, resigned from the Board of Directors of the company with effect from the close of business hours on 31 July 2023 to pursue other opportunities outside Sanofi. Consequently, she shall also cease to be a Member of the Audit Committee of the Company.
