The Company has four business segments. The Construction segment is engaged in the provision of renovation works and comprehensive construction works, and the formwork carpentry business. The Real Estate segment is engaged in the transaction, brokerage and rental of condominiums and other real estate. The Metal Products segment is engaged in the manufacture of railroad vehicle parts, the provision of metal processing services, and the manufacture and sale of fire-fighting equipment such as evacuation hatches and ladders, and elevators. The Hotel segment is engaged in the operation of simple lodgings, inns and hotels. The Company is also engaged in the advertising agency business, the insurance agency business, the landscaping planning and supervision business, the environmental survey and soil geological survey business.
