São Carlos Empreendimentos e Participações S.A. (BOVESPA:SCAR3) announces a share repurchase program. Under the program, the company will repurchase up to 1,000,000 shares, representing 1.73% of its share capital. The program will be valid for one year. As of June 30, 2020, the company had 57,737,319 shares in issue and 1,187,325 shares in treasury.
Sao Carlos Empreendimentos e Participacoes SA is a Brazil-based company principally engaged in the commercial real estate sector. The Company is involved in the management of its own or third party real estate properties, leasing of property and operation of parking lots. The Company's real estate portfolio includes office buildings, distribution centers and street stores, located in the states of Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Minas Gerais and Rio Grande do Sul.
