Raízen Energia S.A. and São Martinho S.A. entered into an agreement to acquire biological assets from Usina Açucareira Furlan S/A for approximately BRL120 million.

Raízen Energia S.A. and São Martinho S.A. (BOVESPA:SMTO3) entered into an agreement to acquire biological assets from Usina Açucareira Furlan S/A for approximately BRL120 million on July 2, 2018. The consideration will be paid proportionally by Raízen Energia and São Martinho. The transaction is subject to approval of the Board of Directors of São Martinho and CADE (Conselho Administrativo de Defesa Econômica). The transaction was approved by the Board of Directors of São Martinho.
