Sats ASA reported earnings results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2022. For the fourth quarter, the company reported sales was NOK 1,082 million compared to NOK 1,002 million a year ago. Net loss was NOK 150 million compared to NOK 66 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was NOK 0.74 compared to NOK 0.39 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was NOK 0.74 compared to NOK 0.39 a year ago.
For the full year, sales was NOK 4,082 million compared to NOK 3,247 million a year ago. Net loss was NOK 246 million compared to NOK 452 million a year ago. Basic loss per share from continuing operations was NOK 1.25 compared to NOK 2.65 a year ago. Diluted loss per share from continuing operations was NOK 1.25 compared to NOK 2.65 a year ago.
Sats ASA is a Norway-based company engaged in providing fitness and training services. The Company offers studio facilities for individual training and has a broad training offering with programming and qualified personal trainers for specialized training and individual coaching. The Company also focuses on supporting members outside its physical clubs, using online training and digital tools. The Company serves customers in Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Finland.
