Sats ASA reported earnings results for the fourth quarter and full year ended December 31, 2023. For the fourth quarter, the company reported sales was NOK 1,227 million compared to NOK 1,082 million a year ago. Net income was NOK 35 million compared to net loss of NOK 150 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was NOK 0.17 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of NOK 0.74 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was NOK 0.17 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of NOK 0.74 a year ago.
For the full year, sales was NOK 4,734 million compared to NOK 4,082 million a year ago. Net income was NOK 224 million compared to net loss of NOK 246 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share from continuing operations was NOK 1.1 compared to basic loss per share from continuing operations of NOK 1.25 a year ago. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations was NOK 1.1 compared to diluted loss per share from continuing operations of NOK 1.25 a year ago.
Sats ASA is a Norway-based company engaged in providing fitness and training services. The Company offers studio facilities for individual training and has a broad training offering with programming and qualified personal trainers for specialized training and individual coaching. The Company also focuses on supporting members outside its physical clubs, using online training and digital tools. The Company serves customers in Norway, Denmark, Sweden and Finland.
