General Announcement::Changes to the Composition of the Board and the Board Executive Committee

CHANGES TO THE COMPOSITION OF THE BOARD AND

THE BOARD EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE

SATS Ltd. ("SATS" or the "Company") wishes to announce that following the resignation of Mr Alexander Hungate as the Executive Director with effect from 31 December 2021, Mr. Kerry Mok Tee Heong ("Mr. Mok") will be appointed as an Executive Director and a member of the Board Executive Committee with effect from 1 January 2022, in place of Mr Hungate.

Mr. Mok was appointed as the President and Chief Executive Director of the Company on 15 December 2021, as announced by the Company on 22 October 2021.

Following the abovementioned appointments, with effect from 1 January 2022, the Board and Board Executive Committee will comprise the following members: -
