The Company operates through three segments: The Guest Management Systems segment comprises of eccos pro GmbH, novacom software GmbH and EDV-Service Schaupp GmbH, and develops software and manufactures access and payment systems for the hotel and leisure industries, point of sale (POS) systems for restaurants and ordering and accounting systems for canteens. The Lock And Striking Plate Systems segment manufactures locking solutions for interior doors, building and functional doors, profile frame doors and emergency exit doors. The Locking door systems segment products locking systems for doors and furniture, as well as deposit and collect locks. The Company operates a number of subsidiaries in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
