ScS Group bid by Poltronesofa gets regulatory green light

ScS Group PLC - Sunderland, England-based sofa seller - Confirms that the regulatory conditions relating to bid by Poltronesofa SpA have been satisfied. The Court hearing to sanction the scheme by which the bid is being facilitated is expected to take place on January 26. The scheme is expected to become effective on January 30 with the listing of shares cancelled the day after.

Current stock price: 265.00 pence, up 0.4% in London on Tuesday
