Sea Sonic Electronics Co., Ltd. announced earnings results for the first quarter ended March 31, 2019. For the first quarter, the company announced sales was TWD 446.745 million compared to TWD 556.987 million a year ago. Operating income was TWD 63.967 million compared to TWD 78.892 million a year ago. Net income was TWD 67.402 million compared to TWD 19.446 million a year ago. Basic earnings per share was TWD 0.84 compared to TWD 0.24 a year ago.
Sea Sonic Electronics Co., Ltd. is principally engaged in the development, design, research, manufacture and distribution of switching power supplies (SPSs). The Company operates its businesses through personal computer segment, which provides ATX12V series, TFX12V series, industrial computer mini 1U series and industrial computer 1U/2U series, among others, as well as non-PC segment, which offers open frame series and desktop adapters. Its products are applied primarily in desktops, servers and communication network mainframes, among others. The Company distributes its products mainly to overseas markets.
