The nomination committee of Seafire AB (publ) has informed the company that it will submit the following proposals to the AGM 2024:

  • election of Sonny Mirborn as new member of the Board of Directors
  • re-election of Joachim Berner, Stina Wollenius, Marcus Söderberg and Anders Hillerborg as members of the Board of Directors. Lennart Jakobsson and Louise Nicolin have declined re-election.
  • that Joachim Berner is proposed as Chairman of the Board of Directors

Sonny Mirborn, born in 1980, has been President and CEO of the listed company Alcadon Group AB since July 2019. Sonny has previous experience from having been Business Unit Manager at Addtech, where he was responsible for Energy Products, Addtech's operations in machine cable accessories, professional lighting and electrical installation products, primarily in Europe. Prior to that, Sonny was CEO of the CTM-Lyng Group, a Nordic manufacturer of electrical installation materials with a focus on safe/smart home solutions, as well as Rutab, a leading player in cable accessories and electrical installation materials in Sweden and Norway. In addition, Sonny also has experience as an investment manager at Nordstjernan and as a strategy consultant at Accenture. Sonny holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics and an MSc in Industrial and Financial Economics from the School of Business, Economics and Law at the University of Gothenburg and has studied at IMD and INSEAD.

The nomination committee's proposal is supported by shareholders representing approximately 40% of the votes and capital in the company.

The nomination committee's other proposals will be presented in the notice convening the AGM.

This year's nomination committee comprises:

  • Daniel Albin (Chairman of the nomination committee), representing Creades
  • Jonas Backman, representing Protector Forsikring
  • Carl Sundblad, representing Cliens Fonder
  • Joachim Berner, Chairman of Seafire AB

The 2024 AGM in Seafire AB (publ) will be held on Wednesday April 24.
