The company issue common stock for 20% stake for gross proceeds of MYR 8,700,000 and 1,060,000 irredeemable convertible preference shares at a price of MYR 5.943396 per share for gross proceeds of MYR 6,300,000. The transaction is to be completed by the second quarter of this year.
The round is raised at post-money valuation of MYR 75,000,000.
