SECURE Inc. announced a private placement of common shares on December 30, 2019. The transaction included participation from i-nest No.1 Fund, a fund managed by i-nest capital Co., Ltd., Morpho, Inc. (TSE:3653), BrainPad Inc. (TSE:3655), Property Agent Inc. (TSE:3464), Rack, Inc, and Toho / Furusato Total Active Support Fund Investment Limited Partnership
SECURE Inc is a Japan-based company mainly engaged in Internet-related security business. SECURE AC (Access Control), SECURE VS (Video Surveillance), and SECURE Analytics (Image Analysis Service) are three services that combine equipment and software to meet the needs of each company and are sold to a wide range of customers from small to large companies. In addition, the face recognition system of the access control system and some services of the surveillance camera system use artificial intelligence (image recognition) technology. The company procures artificial intelligence algorithms from outside combined with the equipment and provides integrated solutions from system construction (including implementation of artificial intelligence) to installation, construction and after-sales tracking.
