Dear Sir/ Madam,

Subject: Disclosure under Regulation 30 of SEBI (LODR) Regulations, 2015

The Company and Mr. Suresh Venkatachari (Promoter) are in receipt of SEBI Adjudicating Order dated July 29, 2022 on August 01, 2022 in relation to an investigation done by SEBI in the matter of 8K Miles Software Services Ltd. (Presently SecureKloud Technologies Ltd) to ascertain whether there was any violation of the provisions of PIT Regulations and SAST Regulations for the period from November 14, 2017 to June 05, 2018.

SEBI has levied a penalty of Rs. 1 Lakh on Company under Section 15A(b) of SEBI Act,1992 for failure to furnish information, return, etc. for violation of Regulation 7(2)(b) of PIT Regulations and Rs. 2 Lakhs on Promoter under Section 15A(b) of SEBI Act,1992 for failure to furnish information, return, etc for violation of 29(2) read with 29(3), 31(1), 31(2) read with 31(3) of SAST Regulations and Regulation 7(2)(a) of PIT Regulations.

There is likely to be no impact on performance of the Company on the SEBI Order dated July 29, 2022.
