Mr Εvripidis Ch.Dontas, President of the Board of Directors and managing director of the company, (liable according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), proceeded, on 21.12.2015, to the acquisition of 1.540 registered common shares of the company at the price of 172,48 euro.
