Mr Εvripidis Ch.Dontas, President of the Board of Directors and managing director of the company, (liable according to article 13 of Law 3340/2005), proceeded, on 07.03.2016, to the acquisition of 10.000 registered common shares of the company at the price of 1.150,00 euro.
