Selonda Aquaculture AEGE (ATSE:SELO) agreed to acquire stakes in Interfish Aquaculture S.A., Fish Fillet Hellas S.A., FARADONISIA AQUACULTURE S.A. and Echinades SA on December 9, 2011. As of March 21, 2012, the shareholders of Selonda approved the proposed transaction at a general meeting. M. & P. Bernitsas Law Offices acted as legal advisor for Selonda Aquaculture. Selonda Aquaculture AEGE (ATSE:SELO) completed the acquisition of stakes in Interfish Aquaculture S.A., Fish Fillet Hellas S.A., FARADONISIA AQUACULTURE S.A. and Echinades SA on July 27, 2012.
