Selonda Aquaculture S.A. agreed to acquire remaining 30% Stake in Nimos SA and Kalymnos Aquaculture SA and 5% Stake in Sparfis S.A.

Selonda Aquaculture S.A. (ATSE:SELO) agreed to acquire remaining 30% Stake in Nimos SA and Kalymnos Aquaculture SA and 5% Stake in Sparfis S.A. on February 24, 2017. Post-completion, Nimos SA, Kalymnos Aquaculture SA and Sparfis S.A. will be absorbed by Selonda Aquaculture. The Board of Selonda Aquaculture decided the deal on February 24, 2017. As of June 20, 2019, the merger was approved by the general commercial registry.
