Ishizuka Kosan Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire an additional 9.85% stake in SEMITEC Corporation (JASDAQ:6626) from Jiro Ishizuka and another shareholder on March 8, 2012. Ishizuka Kosan Co., Ltd. will acquire an additional 0.28 million shares of SEMITEC Corporation.
