SENKO Group Holdings Co., Ltd. (TSE:9069) entered into agreement to acquire 75% stake in Simon Transport Pty. Ltd. on January 31, 2024. The transaction is subject to satisfaction of applicable conditions including Australian foreign investment approval and is expected to completed at the end of February. Shao Ping Lee, Victor Yeo of DC Advisory Japan acted as financial advisor to SENKO Group Holdings Co., Ltd. Emma Cook of Thomson Geer acted as legal advisor to Simon Family.
SENKO Group Holdings Co., Ltd. (TSE:9069) completed the acquisition of 75% stake in Simon Transport Pty. Ltd. on march 28, 2024. With Simon Transport becoming a member of the group, Senko will focus on further expanding the business on a global scale, leveraging the know-how and networking capabilities that Simon Transport possesses with heavy cargo transportation.
