Sensec Holding AB (publ) (OM:SECS) agreed to acquire Bertel O. Steen Airport Solutions As for NOK 39 million on December 23, 2020. Purchase price set at NOK 30 million plus additional purchase price of NOK 9 million. The transaction will be financed with bank loan and own resources.

The transaction to result in number of synergies with strong improvement in gross margin and increased growth opportunities.
