Unicom Digital Technology Co., Ltd., China Mobile Communications Group Shaanxi Co., Ltd., China Electronics Cloud Digital Technology Co., Ltd., and China Telecom Group Investment Co., Ltd. signed letter of intent to acquire 40.67% stake in Yunshang Shaanxi Technology Operation Co., Ltd. from Shaanxi Broadcast & TV Network Intermediary(Group)Co.,Ltd. (SHSE:600831) for CNY 103.7 million on March 24, 2023. Unicom Digital Technology Co., Ltd., China Mobile Communications Group Shaanxi Co., Ltd., China Electronics Cloud Digital Technology Co., Ltd., and China Telecom Group Investment Co., Ltd. entered into an agreement to acquire 40.67% stake in Yunshang Shaanxi Technology Operation Co., Ltd. from Shaanxi Broadcast & TV Network Intermediary(Group)Co.,Ltd. (SHSE:600831) on April 19, 2023. Shaanxi Broadcast & TV Network Intermediary board of directors approved the transaction. 22.67% equity of Yunshang Shaanxi will be transferred to Unicom Digital Technology at CNY 57.80 million, 6% equity will be transferred to China Telecom Group Investment for 15.3 million yuan, 6% equity will be transferred to China Mobile Communications Group Shaanxi for 15.3 million, 6% of the equity will be transferred to China Electronics Cloud Digital Technology at a price of 15.3 million. On April 10, 2023, the Propaganda Department of CPC Shaanxi Provincial Committee approved the transfer.
