Shakey's Pizza Asia Ventures, Inc. informed that Rubenrico R. Marasigan has resigned as Chief of Human Resources effective April 17, 2023. He will be replaced by Maria Elma C. Santos. Ms. Santos will concurrently hold the position of General Manager - Peri Peri and Chief of Human Resources of PIZZA.

Ms. Santos held various positions in the field of human resources and talent management throughout her career, previously serving as PIZZA's Human Resource Director from January to June 2019. Date of approval is April 17, 2023.
