Shandong Bohui Paper Industry Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600966) agreed to acquire remaining 25% stake in Shandong Bohui Pulp Industry Co., Ltd. from Triasia International Limited for approximately CNY 280 million on June 5, 2017. Under the terms of the transaction, Shandong Bohui Paper Industry Co., Ltd. will acquire 13,192 shares of Shandong Bohui Pulp Industry Co., Ltd. Post-acquisition, Shandong Bohui Pulp Industry Co., Ltd. will operate as a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shandong Bohui Paper Industry Co., Ltd. In a related transaction, Shandong Bohui Paper Industry Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire additional 25% stake in Zibo Dahua Paper Industry Co., Ltd. from Triasia International Limited for CNY 77.2 million on June 5, 2017. For the year ended December 31, 2016, Shandong Bohui Pulp Industry Co., Ltd. reported total revenues of CNY 414.8 million, total assets of CNY 1.4 billion, net income of CNY 10.6 million and net assets of CNY 1.1 billion. As of June 5, 2017, Board of Shandong Bohui Paper Industry Co., Ltd. approved the transaction.
