Weifang Cynda Chemical Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 100,000,000 in an equity round of funding on October 28, 2019. the transaction will include participation from returning investor ShanDong Cynda Chemical Co.,Ltd (SHSE:603086). The transaction was approved by the board of directors of the investor in its 14th meeting of 3rd directorate. Post closing, The registered capital of the company will increase from CNY 50,000,000 to CNY 150,000,000.
