Shandong Haihua Group Co., Ltd agreed to acquire Yishengyuan Environmental Protection Technology Co., Ltd. from Shandong Haihua Co.,Ltd (SZSE:000822) on March 24, 2022. Transaction is approved by Shandong Haihua Co.,Ltd's board of directors. On April 22, Yishengyuan's industrial and commercial registration change procedures were completed at the Administrative Examination and Approval Service Bureau of Weifang Binhai Economic and Technological Development Zone.
