Shenzhen Qianhai Huabao Zongde Financial Services Co., Ltd agreed to acquire 20% stake in Shanghai ZongAn Financial Information Services Co., Ltd from Shanghai Amarsoft Information & Technology Co.,Ltd (SZSE:300380) for CNY 2.2 million on April 17, 2018. Shenzhen Qianhai Huabao Zongde Financial Services Co., Ltd plans to sign the share transfer agreement with Shanghai Amarsoft Information & Technology Co.,Ltd. As of December 31, 2017, Shanghai ZongAn Financial Information Services Co., Ltd reported total assets of CNY 8.5 million, net assets of CNY 8.24 million, revenue of CNY 5.8 million, operating loss of CNY 0.33 million and net loss of CNY 0.32 million. The transaction is approved by the Board of Directors of Shanghai Amarsoft Information & Technology Co., Ltd at 3rd directorate and the 5th session held on April 17, 2018.
