Shanghai Jiushi Sports Equipment Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 19,636,300 in an equity round of funding from new investor Shanghai Qiangsheng Holding Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600662) on October 17, 2019. The investor will acquire 45% stake in the company. The company had a registered capital of CNY 20,000,000 prior to the transaction. The transaction was approved in the 26th meeting of the 9th directorate of the investor.
