Shanghai Jin Jiang Online Network Service Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600650) signed an agreement to acquire Shanghai Yijiyou Information Technology Co., Ltd. from Shanghai Jinjiang International Investment Management Co., Ltd., Shanghai Qi Cheng Network Technology Co., Ltd., Shanghai Qichuang Tourism Group Co., Ltd., Shanghai City Image Promotion Co., Ltd. and Shanghai Jinlei Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. for CNY 43.1 million on July 5, 2021. The consideration of CNY 43.1 million will be paid in cash. Shanghai Jinjiang International Investment Management Co., Ltd will receive CNY 15.03 million, Shanghai Qicheng Network Technology Co., Ltd will receive CNY 10.02 million, Shanghai Qichuang Tourism Group Co., Ltd. and Shanghai City Image Promotion Co., Ltd. will receive CNY 9 million each and Shanghai Jinlei Enterprise Management Co., Ltd. will receive CNY 1. Following completion of the transaction, Shanghai Yijiyou Information Technology Co., Ltd. shall become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shanghai Jin Jiang Online Network Service Co., Ltd. As of March 31, 2021, Shanghai Yijiyou Information Technology Co., Ltd. reported total assets of CNY 11.9 million and net liabilities of CNY 16.7 million.
