Jiaxing Xiuhu Industrial Investment Co., Ltd. agreed to acquire Jiaxing Technology Jingcheng High-tech Industrial Zone Development Co., Ltd. from Shanghai New Huangpu Real Estate Co., Ltd. (SHSE:600638), Shanghai Xinlong Enterprise Development Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Hi-Tech King World Zone Management Development Co., Ltd. for approximately CNY 570 million on January 25, 2018. Shanghai New Huangpu Real Estate Co., Ltd., Shanghai Xinlong Enterprise Development Co., Ltd., and Shanghai Hi-Tech King World Zone Management Development Co., Ltd. will transfer 64.35%, 14.26%, and 21.39% stake in Jiaxing Technology Jingcheng High-tech Industrial Zone Development Co., Ltd. The transaction has been approved by the Board of Directors of Shanghai New Huangpu Real Estate Co., Ltd. and does not need its shareholders’ approval.
