Lifestyle Yisheng No. 2 Private Equity Investment Fund managed by Beijing Lifestyle Private Equity Fund Management Co., Ltd. signed the Share Transfer Agreement to acquire 5.98% stake in Shanghai QiFan Cable Co., Ltd (SHSE:605222) from Zhou Guixing for approximately CNY 360 million on February 29, 2024. As on March 8, 2024, a supplementary agreement on the share transfer agreement was signed and the revised shares to be acquired are 21 million for CNY 14.73 per share.
Shanghai QiFan Cable Co Ltd is a company engaged in research and development, production and sales of wires and cables, and provision of related services. The Company's products are mainly comprised of power cables and wires and cables for electrical equipment, such as polyvinyl chloride (PVC) insulated wires, welding machine cables, PVC insulated sheathed cables, fire-resistant power cables, computer cables and prefabricated branch cables. The products are used in electric power, home improvement, rail transit, construction engineering, new energy, communications, shipbuilding, intelligent equipment, metallurgy, petrochemical and other areas. The Company sells its products to both domestic and international markets, including Australia, Japan, Thailand, the Philippines, Mongolia and Indonesia.
