Shanghai Shunho New Materials Technology Co.,Ltd. approved appointment of Guo Zhu, Wang Zhenglin, Liu Shenggui, and Yang Kai as non-independent director, and Xu Jianxin, Wang Xue, Xie Hongbing, Zhang Bin as independent director in EGM held on July 25, 2018.
The company approved proposed cash dividend (tax included) of CNY 2.000 per ten shares for the first half of 2018.
