Guangzhou Kaide Investment Holding Co., Ltd. signed an agreement to acquire 5.01% stake in Shanghai Taisheng Wind Power Equipment Co., Ltd. (SZSE:300129) from Liu Zhicheng, Huang Jingming, Zhang Jinnan, Zhang Fulin and Zhang Shuxiao on July 23, 2021. Under the terms of consideration, Guangzhou Kaide Investment Holding will acquire 36.03 million shares of Shanghai Taisheng Wind Power Equipment. In related transaction, Guangzhou Kaide Investment Holding Co., Ltd. signed a Private placement agreement with Shanghai Taisheng Wind Power Equipment Co., Ltd on July 23, 2021. On October 12, 2021, the company received the notice on the acceptance of the company's issuance application document issued by Shenzhen Stock Exchange. The Shenzhen Stock Exchange checked the related application documents submitted by the company for the issuance of stocks, and decided that the application documents were complete and decided to accept it.
