Xie Bingzheng agreed to acquire 8% stake in Shanghai Yongguan Adhesive Products Corp., Ltd. (SHSE:603681) from Lü Xinmin and Guo Xueyan for approximately CNY 210 million on November 8, 2023. As per the transaction, Xie Bingzheng will acquire 15.29 million shares for CNY 13.64 per share of Shanghai Yongguan Adhesive Products Corp., Ltd.
