Zhufeng Jingyue No. 1 Private Securities Investment Fund agreed to acquire a 5.09% stake in Shanxi Meijin Energy Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:000723) from Suqian Chulian Technology Co., Ltd. for approximately CNY 170 million on December 27, 2022. Under the terms, Zhufeng Jingyue will pay CNY 8.96 per share for the 19.41 million shares.
