Name and resume of the new position holder: Gang-Zhai Wu/partner accountant of Zhang-Yu United CPA firm; Shu-Hsing, Li/Sub. Director of College of Management, Tunghai University; Ho-ming Chen/Professor of International Business, National Taiwan University.
