Tomoharu Karatani, Director of Denshi Print Kogyo Co., Ltd. and Takao Yoshida, employee of Denshi Print Kogyo Co., Ltd., agreed to acquire Denshi Print Kogyo Co., Ltd. from Sharingtechnology, Inc. (TSE:3989) on May 15, 2020. As per the transaction, Sharingtechnology, Inc. will transfer 0.06 million shares representing 100% stake of Denshi Print Kogyo Co., Ltd. Post completion, Sharingtechnology, Inc. will hold no stake in Denshi Print Kogyo Co., Ltd. For the year ended September 2019, Denshi Print Kogyo Co., Ltd. reported total assets of ¥1.4 billion, total common equity of ¥1.2 billion, total revenues of ¥829 million, negative operating income of ¥27 million and negative net income of ¥9 million. Completion is scheduled to take place in May June 2020.
