Shen Yao Holdings Limited Announces Resignation of Pek Choon Lee as Non-Executive Independent Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee, Nominating Committee, Remuneration Committee and Shen Yao Performance Award Committee

The Board of Directors of Shen Yao Holdings Limited announced the following: Mr. Pek Choon Lee has resigned as a Director with effect from 30 November 2023. Accordingly, Mr. Pek has ceased as Non-Executive Independent Director, Chairman of the Audit Committee (AC), Nominating Committee (NC), Remuneration Committee (RC) and Shen Yao Performance Award Committee (PAC). Following the aforesaid resignation with effect from 30 November 2023, the composition of the board committees is as follows: AC: Yao Yilun (Member), Yeo Hock Huat (Member).

NC: Yao Liang (Member), Yao Yilun (Member), Yeo Hock Huat (Member). RC: Yao Yilun (Member), Yeo Hock Huat (Member). PAC: Yao Liang (Member), Yeo Hock Huat (Member).
