Shenyang Xingqi Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd (SZSE:300573) entered into an equity transfer agreement to acquire the remaining 33.2% stake in Shenyang Xingqi Eye Hospital Co., Ltd. from Ningbo Meishan Bonded Port Area Zhensheng Investment Center (limited partnership) for approximately CNY 130 million on September 29, 2021. Shenyang Xingqi Eye Hospital reported net assets of CNY 62.7 million and total assets of CNY 89.5 million as of July 31, 2021. The transaction has been approved in the 7th Meeting of the Company?s 4th Directorate held on September 29, 2021, and is subject to the Shareholders? Approval.
