Shenzhen Deren Electronic Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002055) signed share transfer agreement to acquire Huizhou Shenghua Technology Co., Ltd. from Huizhou Techne Group Co., Ltd., Cheers Overseas Limited and T.C.L. Industries Holdings (H.K.) Limited for CNY 51.8 million in cash on January 6, 2016. Huizhou Techne Group, Cheers Overseas and T.C.L. Industries Holdings will sell 75%, 20% and 5% stake respectively. Huizhou Shenghua Technology reported total assets of CNY 106.11 million and net assets of CNY 43.22 million as of year 2015.
