Chen Bailin won bid to acquire 4.15% stake in Shenzhen Dvision Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:300167) from Beijing Ance Hengxing Investment Co., Ltd. for CNY 59.6 million on June 18, 2021. Under the terms of transaction, Beijing Ance Hengxing Investment will sell 12.5 million shares.
Chen Bailin completed the acquisition of 4.15% stake in Shenzhen Dvision Co.,Ltd. (SZSE:300167) from Beijing Ance Hengxing Investment Co., Ltd. on June 18, 2021.
Shenzhen Dvision Co., Ltd., formerly Shenzhen Dvision Video Communications Co., Ltd., is a China-based company principally engaged in the provision of customized video communication integrated solutions for private network users, including government and public security users. The Company primarily provides video surveillance integration application platform (SIAP) solution and video administration system (VAS) solution. The Company's SIAP solution is mainly used by public security users. Its VAS solution is mainly used by government users. The Company mainly operates its business in domestic market. Through its subsidiaries, the Company also involves in the development and distribution of communication software, image integrated application software and video conference recording systems.
