INVT Power Electronics (Suzhou) Co., Ltd. announced that it will receive CNY 300 million in a equity round of funding on April 14, 2023. The transaction will include participation from existing investor, Shenzhen INVT Electric Co.,Ltd. with its own funds. The transaction does not need to be submitted to the company's shareholders' meeting for consideration. After the completion of the transaction, registered capital will be increased from CNY 21,000 million to CNY 510 million.
On June 14, 2023, the company announced that it has obtained the "Registration Notice" and the new "Business License" in the transaction.
SHENZHEN INVT ELECTRIC CO., LTD is a China-based company principally engaged in the research and development, manufacture and sales of industrial automation, network power, as well as energy and power products. The Company main products include frequency converters, uninterrupted power supplies (UPSs) and motor controllers.
