Shenzhen Beauty Star Co., Ltd. (SZSE:002243) announced a private placement of not more than 72,989,791 shares with not more than 10 specific investors for gross proceeds of not more than CNY 500,000,000 on December 7, 2018. All securities issued are subject to a hold period of 12 months. The transaction was approved by the shareholders as well as at the 8th session of the 4th directorate meeting of the company.
Shenzhen Leaguer Co Ltd, formerly Shenzhen Beauty Star Co Ltd, is a China-based company mainly engaged in new materials and technology innovation services.
