Shenzhen XFH Technology Co.,Ltd (SZSE:300890) agreed to acquire remaining 30% stake in Sichuan XFH New Energy Materials Co., Ltd. from Fujian Shengqing New Material Technology Co., Ltd. for CNY 42 million on January 10, 2023. The board of directors of Shenzhen XFH Technology Co.,Ltd (SZSE:300890) approved the transaction. Sichuan XFH New Energy Materials recorded total assets of CNY 317.65 million and net assets of CNY 83.68 million as of November 30, 2022. As of January 13, 2023, Shenzhen XFH Technology has recently completed the signing of the Equity Transfer Agreement with Fujian Shengqing. Shenzhen XFH Technology will use own funds of CNY 42 million for the acquisition.
